The most interesting discovery of the last Bologna Design Week was VERY SIMPLE KITCHEN, a system of modular kitchens in steel, powder coated, inspired by the old work benches industrial.
The material and the modularity of the kitchen I was immediately conquered. Very Simple Kitchen is a flexible system where you can add modules over time. I love the idea of using it in a kitchen free-standing modules, you ‘lock-in’, but the configuration possibilities are endless, and among these you can think of a system that“linear”is composed of many modules which can be stacked one top.
The size of the various modules is classified as if it were the size of a dress, starting from S, 60 cm wide, up to the XXL (140 cm). The depth of the top is 65 cm.
Very Simple Kitchen can easily be disassembled, packed and reassembled.
I find it hilarious, she has a real mounting kit (remember the models of the Meccano?) and it expresses perfectly the concept of nomadism that reflects our generation.
Cooking until now has been one of the few furniture to leave in the old house before a move, with the modularity and ease of assembly of VSK becomes easy and economical to dismantle it, bring it with you and riadattarla to the new house, maybe adding a new block.
In addition to the “size” of the modules you can customize the kitchen through the choice of the color and the material of the top. My favorite? Of course, the marble.
Designers of Very Simple Kitchen is the young Riccardo Randi young because you still younger than me), bolognese, and a former student of construction engineering-architecture, just like me. Now you’ll know, I love to show you new projects, if they are the result of young ideas and 100% made in Italy…
For now, the e-commerce is not yet active, but for information you can write to email@example.com or see the website verysimplekitchen.com.
