Matthew Eastwood dreamed, and he did so : this architect-designed house in wood Kebony is a little wonder hidden in the pine forest near Stockholm.
A home in harmony with nature
This contemporary house of 170 m2 is bathed in light thanks to huge bay windows and stunning views of the forest that surrounds it.
The decor, the leather and the wood are beautiful. These natural materials respond to the surrounding nature and offer a minimum of contrast between the inside and the outside.
Matthew and his wife wanted a wood that requires no maintenance. The idea was to be able to free up time, while avoiding to pollute the forest with paint or chemicals. The wood Kebony has almost been a highlight !
Developed in Norway, the wood Kebony is treated using a patented technology that is environmentally friendly, which improves the qualities of the wood, thus giving him those hard wood tropical. Extreme hardness, durability and stability. This unique process also gives the wood beautiful aesthetic features, which will beautify over time.
